Lovers Cup

Jackie Lee is the innovator behind the project Lovers Cup. When lovers are far apart they usually uses the telephone to keep in touch. Now you can just take a sip of a cup to let your partner know that you are thinking of him or her. The Lovers Cup can be used to give lovers a sense of drinking together even though they physically are far apart. The two cups are wireless connected to each other and shows when a person interacts with one of the cups.

The cups contains a sip sensor which makes your lovers cup glowing when touched. When both of you are drinking at the same time you share a virtual kiss many miles apart and the LED’s in the cup is activated so that both of the cups glows.

However the Lovers Cup has also other possible applications. It can be used in hospitals or in a nursing home make sure that the patients get enough water to drink so that they do not dehydrate.
